I've been involved in the worlds of theatre and music for over 40 years, as a writer, director, actor, musician, and latterly as a music promoter. Early in my career I ran my own touring revue company before working as a freelance scriptwriter for television. I've recently returned to the theatre after many years, writing and directing the one man show Death Of A Clown with my fellow actor/musician, Robin Hillman. However, I continue with my various musical projects as well as running Kontra Roots Promotions, which I founded in 2005. When time allows, I also write fiction.
